The tabloid gossip writers have been spreading word that Dingdong Dantes felt really bad when he learned that GMA-7 awarded the much-coveted role of Captain Barbell in the upcoming series of the same title to Richard Gutierrez. "That’s not true at all," he says. "Why should I feel sore about it when GMA-7 continues to take good care of me at hindi ako pinababayaan at all? I’m still with Encantadia, Pag-ibig Hanggang Wakas as Haring Sapiro and after this show, I was told they’d also include me in a new teledrama. Also, they cast me in the lead role of GMA Films newest movie, Moments of Love so I have no reason to complain. I love my role in this full length film."
